Shahyan Sameer Syed, Product Manager
I own products end to end, from the first requirement to the last edge case. I break my own logic before anyone else can, and build for where the product is going. Right now, that is enterprise travel across the GCC.
Pick one and the parts that fit come first. Change it, or see everything, at any time.

Each approver takes about two hours to respond. Sequential approval waits for every level in turn. Parallel approval asks everyone at once, and the trip is booked when the last one says yes.
Work out how many visitors a test needs and how long it will run, then read the result with a verdict that says when the data is too thin to call.
The biggest leak in a corporate booking funnel sits between approved and ticketed. A trip can clear policy and approval, then fail to ticket because the fare moved or expired while approval ran.
Bookings measures how much a client travels, not how good the product is. A better North Star is the clean self-booking rate, held in check by two guardrails and watched most closely at the step between approved and ticketed.
